Though it's probably pretty obvious looking at things, the game is going pretty slow and needs a good jump-kick to get started again if we don't want the game to fade. Do you think it might be possible to open apps/reserves a early and keep the window open a bit longer until player numbers can stabilize again? [info]app_this_plz is on the 20th, so there's something we could take advantage of--but the place might look more inviting if things were open to players.
